  • At this time, Corinne Collections Inc. ships merchandise to locations within the United States and U.S. territories, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the US Virgin Islands. Additionally, Corinne Collections Inc. ships merchandise to Canada and Mexico, but not to other international locations. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier.

    Shipping Carrier: Most items are shipped via the United Parcel Service (UPS). Please allow three to five (3 to 5) business days from shipment to delivery.
    All orders ship from Miami, FL.

     

    • Orders placed after 11 AM (EST) on Friday will be processed on Monday. (No orders are processed on Saturday and Sunday)
    • Deliveries are made Monday through Friday (except on holidays)
    • Next Day air shipments are delivered by the next business day, and 3 Day air shipments are delivered within 3 business days. If there is a holiday during this time, shipments will be delayed.
    • Orders shipped to Hawaii and Alaska can only be shipped via express delivery. Please choose Next Day air for your ship method.
    • UPS will not deliver to PO Boxes or Military APO or FPO boxes. Please enter a Street address in the U.S for your ship to address.

    Damaged or Defective products that are returned to www.CorinneCollections.com are inspected by our Quality Assurance Department and replaced, if the damage is the result of a manufacturing defect or deviation from our approved factory specifications. Our liability for any damaged or defective products is limited to the replacement of such product. We will replace your Corinne Collections product with the same style and size, if available, or substitute a replacement of comparable value if the style or size returned is no longer available. If the merchandise received as a substitution for a damaged or defective product is unsatisfactory, please note that it must be returned to us for an exchange within thirty (30) days, unworn, in the original packaging with the tags and labels intact.

    If the problem was caused by reasons other than materials quality, assembly process, or a deviation from our approved factory specifications, the original merchandise will be returned to you in the same condition as it is in upon our receipt of your returned package. We do not replace damaged or defective merchandise:
